Limit Orders can save you 30% !

Limit orders are the only way to trade! Sometimes there is a hugh discrepancy between the bid price and the ask price as i will show you in the graph below, it is really true when there is less volume of options trading on the stock you pick. So be careful.

Let me show you a chart of " TWI " and its option,look at the bid and ask price and see the big difference, this was on 7-23-08 ----- below-----



Did you see that big discreptancy ? about $ 5.00 between the bid and the ask price so if you were to buy it at the ask price you would need that stock to move up more % just to break even!

Always buy on a limit order and you can always adjust your order to get the best price, keep adjusting the order until your order is filled, but never just buy at the market.
