Some things we look for are the group that your security is in, is that group rising or falling ? and is your stock a leader or a laggard ? To be successful you must find the leaders in a leading group, thats what moves the broad market, as the leaders looses strength that is also how the broad market moves down and you can see this ahead of time if you are watching the groups !

Here you will see the set-up trades, yes you will see them yourself, we will be trading were the money is flowing " the big money " that can be seen only by looking at the groups, the groups that the security belongs too is responsible for at least 50 % of all the stock moves . We also want the mutual funds to be buying up the stock heavily because they are the ones who moves the stocks, so we watch the accumulation and distribution rating closely.

We will see the group trend changing and be able to start trading as the trend changes at the early stages and ride that trend for as long as it trends, sometimes for weeks and sometimes for years.

Lets look at a group now ! This is a chart of the whole group its the casino group, if you trade a stock in this group watch the trend first in this group then look for a stock ! if the group trend is up then trade the stock up and if the group trend is down then trade the stock down or short it.

Here`s a stock in the casino group( MGM ) look and see how many times you could have traded this, look only at the trend lines, we look for stocks only after we find a good group, look and see how the stock went the same way as the group, the group is very important, you can see that it can trend for weeks or months.
